Warranty
General Limited Warranties
Revival Control Systems expressly warrants unconditionally that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Further,
Revival Control Systems warrants that its products will be free from defects in labor and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
Revival Control Systems warrants that its software products will perform in substantial accordance with Revival Control Systems’s published specifications for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
Revival Control Systems does not, however, warrant that its software products will be bug-free or error-free.
Non-Transferable
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser (end-user) for use in the fifty United States, Canada, or specified countries and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
The above warranties do not cover and Revival Control Systems will not be liable for any conditions attributable to (1) misuse, faulty installation, misapplication, extreme environmental conditions beyond those defined in the product specification, lack of compliance with applicable instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, negligence, accident, or tampering; (2) the incompatibility, improper design, manufacture, installation, operation or maintenance of products, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by
Revival Control Systems.
All batteries are specifically excluded from all warranty provisions.
Revival Control Systems' obligation under these warranties is expressly to repair or replace, without charge, at
Revival Control Systems’ discretion, those products found by Revival Control Systems to be defective.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Revival Control Systems expressly disclaims any implied warranties or merchantability, infringement and fitness for particular purpose, and any other warranties, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, trade usage, or course of dealing. Under no circumstances will Revival Control Systems have any liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or loss. In no case shall Revival Control Systems’s liability exceed the amount of the purchase price of any defective products and defective services.
No person, agent, or representative, other than an officer of Revival Control Systems , is authorized to give any additional warranty on behalf of Revival Control Systems. Any technical advice, recommendations, samples, and/or demonstrations provided by Revival Control Systems concerning the use, application, or compatibility of any products or materials are provided by Revival Control Systems for the purpose of assisting the customer to evaluate, at its own risk, the suitability of products for the customer’s intended use and may not be construed as an express or implied warranty.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
